1、大自然家居控股有限公司承諾在我們的生產、貿易和金融活動中遏制毀林和森林退化現(xiàn)象。特別承諾消除不可接受的采購來源,并逐步增加采購經(jīng)可信認證的可持續(xù)來源的比例。
就以木材為原料的林產品而言,不可接受來源有:
· 非法采伐的木材(非法木材);
· 違反傳統(tǒng)和公民權利采伐的木材(沖突木材)
· 使高保護價值受到威脅經(jīng)營活動的森林中采伐的木材(威脅高保護價值森林的木材);
· 在轉為種植園或非森林用途的森林中采伐的木材(天然林地用途轉換木材);
· 來自種植轉基因樹木的木材(轉基因木材); - 采伐地點未知的木材(未知源木材)。
2、我們將通過實現(xiàn)明確、可衡量、有時限的目標來兌現(xiàn)這些承諾。為了提高透明度、促進問責制和發(fā)揮協(xié)作性影響,我們將通過森林先鋒影響門戶網(wǎng)站公開行動計劃和年度進展報告。
3、我們將在實踐社區(qū)內外開展合作,共同設計解決森林喪失和退化驅動因素的合作方案。這包括(但不限于)
倡導有利的政策和其他條件,以加強森林保護、恢復和可持續(xù)經(jīng)營的商業(yè)合理性。- 以有意義的規(guī)模調動資金,支持在重點森林景觀中采取變革性干預措施。- 加強小農生產者的可持續(xù)管理能力,提供適當?shù)募畲胧?,包括?yōu)惠的市場準入。- 確保我們遏制和扭轉森林喪失的解決方案和干預措施維護當?shù)睾屯林鐓^(qū)的權利和愿望。
Statement ofNature Home Holding Company Limited
1.We COMMIT to removing deforestation and forest degradation from our production, trade and finance. More specifically, we commit to eliminating unacceptable sources and progressively increasing the proportion of credibly certified sustainable sources.
In relation to timber-based forest products, unacceptable sources are defined as the following.
· Illegally harvested wood (illegal timber);
· Wood harvested in violation of traditional and civil rights (conflict timber);
· Wood harvested in forests in which High Conservation Values are threatened by management activities (HCV timber);
· Wood harvested in forests being converted to plantations or non-forest use (conversion timber);
· Wood from forests in which genetically modified trees are planted (GMO timber);
· Wood for which the location of harvest is unknown (unknown timber).
2.We will ACT on these commitments through the delivery of clear, measurable, time-bound targets.
To promote transparency, foster accountability and enable collective impact, we will make publicly available Action Plans and Annual Progress Reports through the Forests Forward Impact Portal.
3.We will COLLABORATE across – and beyond – the community of practice, to co-design collaborative solutions to address the drivers of forest loss and degradation. This includes (but is not limited to):
· Advocating for enabling policy and other conditions to enhance the business case for forest conservat.
